The Town of Grand Lake sits at the edge of Colorado's largest natural lake, Grand Lake, which is famous for its clear, nearly 300' deep water and beautiful setting.  There are full-service marinas, docks, guided tours, rentals, as well as public boat launches.

Grand Lake is also known nationwide for its 300 miles of snowmobile trails suitable for beginner, intermediate, and advanced riders. Grand Lake consistently ranks in the top 10 for snowmobile destinations in the United States.  Trails can be accessed from many of the local lodges, motels, hotels, bed and breakfasts and inns (some of which have onsite rentals).

The acclaimed Rocky Mountain Repertory Theatre offers a rousing summer season of musical theatre, and Grand Lake is home to the only bowling alley in Grand County. Cultural events, wine tastings, festivals and fairs are held throughout the year.

Best of all, Grand Lake is steps away from Rocky Mountain National Park and all of its natural wonders, and there’s plenty of fine shopping, dining, lodging and attractions.
